Well that's a wrap for 2025. We thank you, the people who visited the gardens over the 2025 open garden weekend. Despite Mother Nature providing much needed rain on the Sunday, the gate numbers exceeded 2,000.
Over $10,000 was raised through ticket sales and donations for furture community projects. In addition the community groups that were fundraising, raised an additional $3,150 for their various projects.
We would also like to thank the garden owners, sponsors and the many volunteers who make the open gardens such a success.
The committee are now working towards the 2026 Alexandra & District Open Gardens on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th October. It looks like we are going to have another superb line up of gardens so we look forward to seeing you in October, 2026.
