Garden 2: John and Pam Sharwood "Woodlea" 3731 Goulburn Valley Highway Cathkin |
This is a delightful, well groomed, country farm garden with many plants of interest. With many mature elm and ash trees, the garden has distinct areas including a small orchard and vegetable garden, a birch lawn. A lake area, with a clay bank covered with native plants provide a mecca for native birds. A hidden garden is now situated where the original house was originally located. There is a park area on the south side of the house and a bank of iceberg roses extend into a home paddock with many fine specimen trees. |
